Author Annie Hickey is a single mother of two children, Cassidy and Justin Elijah.  Annie is a native Floridian who lives and worships in the Daytona Beach area.  Annie is a graduate of Stetson University.

Annie was diagnosed in 2006 with an incurable condition known as Psuedo-Tumor Cerebrai or also known as Benign Intracranial Hypertension.  Doctors do not know what causes the onset of this condition and at this time have not found a successful cure for the condition.
